Advanced global management (LM-77)


The aim of the Master's Degree in Advanced global management is to train candidates able to access to highly qualified positions in public, private and non-profit economic organisations, even performing support tasks for the top management and functional team (administration and finance, planning and control, strategic marketing, supply chain management and business innovation). The learning pathway allows for the acquisition of technical and methodological competencies related to design, implementation and management in the areas of management direction and business management.

The students may personalize the curriculum according to their interests and career ambitions through three specific learning pathways related to the professional world:

  • Advanced management and finance
  • Advanced innovation management
  • Advanced sport business management


Modality of attendance

The educational activities are presential, however students who meet certain requirements may also participate in live streaming, wherever they are, interacting live with the classroom.

 

Internships 

LINK Campus University has entered into an agreement with the Order of Accountants and Expert Bookkeepers of Rome for the implementation of an internship period concurrently with the training course and for the exemption from the written test of the state exam for the implementation of the profession of chartered accountant and accounting expert


LEARNING PATHWAYS
Advanced management and finance

The aim of the Advanced management and finance learning pathway is to train professionals in finance and international taxation, capable of dealing with the financial management of companies - forecasting and analysing their financial needs and growth strategies - as well as the management of the tax aspects of business activity in geographically diverse scenarios and country-systems.

The Advanced management and finance learning pathway valorizes the consolidated experience of lecturers in the areas of finance, banking and tax law by combining face-to-face teaching and practice with project work, business games and business simulations, carried out with the participation of internationally renowned industry experts. The learning pathway is designed to actively involve students in learning experiences in close contact with the professors.

The learning pathway is completed with workshops focused on the most valued skills in the labour market.


Career opportunities

The graduated students will operate with entrepreneurial, advisory, professional and managerial functions for the definition and resolution of financing issues in the start-up and development phases of a company, in the logic of activating relations with banking and financial operators and managing aspects of taxation, from a national and international perspective.

Upon completion of the learning pathway, the candidates will be able to apply for the following positions:

Advanced innovation management

The aim of the Advanced innovation management learning pathway is to train innovative marketing and management professionals able to analyze and predict consumer behaviour, use the most advanced brand management tools, valorize corporate identity in international markets, conceive 'glocal' products, and compete in geographically diversified scenarios and country-systems with the most advanced tools available in the contemporary marketing, such as digital and social media technologies and platforms.

The didactic methodology proposed in the Advanced innovation management stems from the academic, professional and research experience of the professors.

The learning pathway combines face-to-face teaching and practical exercises - with workshops, project work, business games and business simulations - carried out with the participation of marketing managers from multinationals and highly innovative and technological companies.

The aim of the learning pathway is to provide a collaborative learning experience in close contact with the teaching staff.

Career opportunities

The graduated students in Advanced innovation management will operate in the area of marketing, in the area of marketing in goods and services production companies or communication agencies, in processes related to the relationship between the company and the market.

Advanced sport business management

The Advanced sport business management learning pathway is unique in the Italian academic landscape, as it brings together highly specialised subjects related to the sports sector and trains the professional figures necessary for the national and international context characterizing the contemporary sports phenomenon.

The course provides the skills needed to enhance the economic and social benefits of the sporting activity, grasping its complexities and facets.

The Advanced sport business management learning pathway combines the fundamentals of the master's degree course in Advanced global management with the skills required for the management of sports organisations. The proposed courses, designed to train highly specialised professionals, relate to the areas of management and sports law, and provide a full understanding of the peculiarities of sports organisations, both national and international, and of the governance and economic-financial management models of a constantly growing sector.

This Master's Degree Course is realized in collaboration with IDEMS, the academic research centre created to train and qualify professionals and managers in the area of sports, law and management.
