The LINK Campus University Doctoral School was established in November 2024 with the aim of making LINK Campus University a center of advanced excellence focused on promoting, coordinating, and developing third level research training, in accordance with national regulations and international standards in higher education and scientific research (see Ministerial Decree 226/2021; European Research Area – ERA).
The LINK Campus University Doctoral School was established with the aim of promoting the growth of a multidisciplinary scientific community committed to valorizing theoretical, empirical, and applied research, with a strong focus on the emerging challenges of the contemporary world. The approach is highly interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, and transdisciplinary, promoting dialogue between the humanities, social sciences, technology, and biomedicine, in line with the paradigms of Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) and open science (European Commission, 2016).
All the doctoral courses offered are characterized by high scientific quality, rigorous methodological support, and opportunities for internationalization through partnerships with research centers, universities, and global organizations.
The activities of the School are governed by criteria of transparency, merit, inclusion, and scientific integrity, in accordance with the guidelines of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (European Commission, 2005).
