Modalities, application deadlines and payment details
The application form must be drawn up according to the attached format A (which will also be included on the present page in editable format) and sent to the following address: iscrizioni@pec.unilink.it no later than 21.7.2025.
The fee for participation in the procedure is a € 150,00 and should be made to the following IBAN: IT 77 M 05387 03201 000004257878 reason for payment: reason for payment - pagamento contributo posti liberi Odontoiatria- Città di Castello.
The application form must be accompanied by:
- copy of the bank transfer of the fee for participation in the procedure;
- certificate of enrolment, with details of the examinations taken, the grades attained, the number of CFUs and the scientific and disciplinary sectors of the examinations, issued no more than 120 days after the presentation of the transfer request or, in the case of a graduate candidate, a degree certificate issued by the university of origin with details of the examinations taken, the grades attained, the number of CFUs and the scientific and disciplinary sectors of the examinations . Students from Italian universities, if not in possession of the certificate, may attach a self-certification complete with all the data. The University will carry out the necessary checks to verify the truthfulness of the data declared in the self-certification.
- programme of each examination taken for which recognition is sought issued by the university of origin;
- photocopy of a valid identity document.
List of candidates admitted or ranking list
The list of admitted candidates or the ranking listwill be published within 12 September 2025.
The list candidates will be identified by the first three letters of the tax code and their date of birth.
The list of possible substitute candidates will be published by 22.9.2025.
RANKING LIST FOR THE 15.05.2025 ADMISSION TEST (FIRST CALL)
The following is an extract from R.D. n. 2218, 16 may 2025 related to the ranking list for the Master's Degree Course in Dentistry – Città di Castello (PG) Branch, which took place on 15.05.2025.
All the eligible candidates can pre-register starting on 23 may 2025 at 16.00 and mandatorily within 6 june 2025 at 16.00.
Pre-registration is completed with the payment of the first instalment of tuition fees and stamp duty.
Ranking list for the 15 may 2025 Admission Test - Dentistry
Second Call - Dentistry a.y. 2025/2026 (16 may 2025)
For the academic year 2025/2026, LINK CAMPUS UNIVERSITY is issuing the third call for the admission of students to the single cycle Master's Degree Course in Dentistry for the Città di Castello Branch, in agreement withASL n.1 Umbria.
The following places are available:
- 40 places available for candidates from EU and non-EU countries permanently residing in Italy
Submission of application form for the admission test
Registration for the admission test must be made starting on 16.00 at 26/05/2025 and mandatorily completed by 12.00 on 16 july 2025.
Admission test date
The admission test will be held on 17/07/2025 at the Città di Castello Branch.
The locations for the admission test will be determined on the basis of the number of applications received and may also be located outside the venues of the university.
The time when candidates will be convened the locations of the test will be published by 14/07/2025.
Test topics and admission criteria
The admission test consists of a written multiple-choice test presenting five answer options from which the candidate must identify only one, discarding any incorrect, arbitrary or less likely conclusions. It consists in 60 questions in Italian on the basis of the syllabuses provided for in Attachment A and distributed as follows:
- 4 questions of reading skills and knowledge acquired throughout the studies
- 5 questions of logical reasoning and problems
- 23 questions of biology
- 15 questions of chemistry
- 13 questions of physics and mathematics
The duration of the admission test is 100 minutes.
Ranking and publication of results
Within 18 july 2025 the candidates will be able to log in using the site and the codes contained in the credentials sheet, contained in the test envelope, and view on the exam papers and the final mark on their personal page.
After publication an open session will be held to open the master card containers, which will allow matching of candidate code and master data.
Admitted to the Course and therefore eligible for enrolment are candidates placed in the following positions from 1 to 40.
The status of eligible non-winner refers only to the current selection procedure: no right arises from it in relation to access to Master's Degree Courses in years subsequent to the one in which the test was taken.
Registration requirements and deadlines
In the period between 4.00 p.m. on 21 july 2025 and 4.00 p.m. on 8 august 2025 candidates placed in a useful position and therefore admitted to the course must proceed with enrolment exclusively by the methods published on the academic website.
Enrolment is finalised upon payment of the first instalment of tuition fees.
Failure of admitted candidates to finalize their matriculation by the deadline will result in the renunciation of matriculation and will result in the sliding of the ranking list.
Within 18 august 2025 the University will publish the list of possible replacements, who in turn will have to register between 18 August 2025 and 22 August 2025.

GUIDELINES FOR THE ACCESS TO THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE
FIRST PHASE: REGISTRATION TO THE PORTAL
Guidelines - Registration to the Portal
STEP 1 - Click on the "Register" button at the top right.
STEP 2 - Click on the "Web Registration" button.
STEP 3 - Fill in the module in its entirety, then click on the "Next" button.
ATTENTION: please verify your tax code, because in case of error the user cannot be registered correctly.
STEP 4 - Fill in the following form with the address of residence as stated in the title of the present section, then click on the "Next" button.
STEP 5 - Fill in the form related to the contact details only on the fields marked with an asterisk, in the "international prefix" field if you are in Italy, use 0039 as shown in the figure. Then click on the "Next" button.
STEP 6 - You will now visualize the summary screen. Verify the correctness of the data and click on the "Confirm" button.
STEP 7 - At the end of the registration process you will receive the login credentials.
STEP 8 - Return to the Home of the portal and click on the "Access" button on the top right.
STEP 9 - In the following screen click on the "Change Password" button.
STEP 10 - Enter the previously provided credentials and create a new password. Then click on the "Modify" button.
SECOND PHASE: REGISTRATION FOR THE ADMISSION TEST

STEP 1 - Now you can login to the reserved area (ACCESS TO THE RESERVED AREA).
STEP 2 - Enter the access credentials with the newly changed password.
STEP 3 - Click on the the side menu item "Access to the admission procedure to the Degree Courses"».

STEP 5 - Click on the "MENU" icon at the top right.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ADMISSION TEST
The access test for the Master's Degree Course a.y. 2025/2026, provided for in call RD n. 2059 , 3.4.2025, will be held on 15.5.2025 at the Città di Castello (PG) branch of Link Campus University, via Carlo Marx, 20 – Classroom 1.
The candidates are convened at 10.00 and the test is scheduled to start at 10.30.

After publication, the boxes of the biographical data sheets will be opened in public session to allow the candidate code and biographical data to be matched.
By 20 may 2025 will be published on the official website of the university in anonymous form, using the candidate's pre-matriculation number.
Candidates placed in positions to 60are admitted to the course and may therefore proceed to enrol.
The status of eligible non-winner refers only to the current selection procedure: no right arises from it in relation to access to master's degree courses in years subsequent to the one in which the test was taken.

The matriculation is completed with the full payment of the first installment of tuition fee.

Within 9 june 2025 the University will publish the list of subentrants who in turn must register within the period between 10 june 2025 and 16 june 2025.
