2nd NOTICE FOR TRANSFER REQUESTS FOR YEARS FOLLOWING THE FIRST

DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION: 4 SEPTEMBER 2026

For academic year 2026/2027 places available for admission through transfer from another Italian or non-Italian university to degree courses in healthcare professions Novedrate (CO) branch, Link Campus University are the following:

DEGREE COURSES

The healthcare professions include a wide range of highly qualified professional opportunities related to the healthcare sector, with the aim of ensuring the well-being and care of patients. These professionals, ranging from nurses to physiotherapists, radiology technicians, osteopaths and many others, are essential to the functioning of the healthcare system, working in hospital, outpatient and community healthcare settings.

The degree courses available at the Novedrate branches are the following:

  1. Osteopathy

Each healthcare professional will acquire specific skills in diagnostics, treatment and care, while also dealing with the important issue of patient relations. Said roles require continuous preparation in order to respond to technological innovations and new demands in the sector, with a focus on quality of care and respect for people.

A LEARNING PATHWAY BUILT ON SCIENCE AND EXPERIENCE

The Bachelor's Degree in Osteopathy consists of 6 semesters, during which theory and practice are synergistically interwoven to form knowledgeable, competent and work-ready professionals.

The first year has a propaedeutic approach, and will involve the study of the basic disciplines: anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, fundamentals of pathology and principles of the osteopathic approach. It is the time when the foundations are built for an in-depth understanding of the functioning of the human body.

In the second year, the focus is on musculoskeletal dysfunctions and their correlation with neurological, orthopaedic, cardio-respiratory and visceral disorders, with a focus on practice and clinical observation.

The third year is highly professional: in this period the student learns how to assess, treat and accompany the patient in an osteopathic rebalancing process, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical experience in internships, workshops and specialized seminars.

OSTEOPATHY: A PROFESSION INVOLVING CONTACT, LISTENING AND EXPERTISE

IThe heart of osteopathic training is the ability to “read” the body through the hands. During your course at LINK Campus University you will learn to conduct a comprehensive osteopathic assessment, based on:

  • postural and functional observation,
  • perceptive palpation, refined with specific exercises in the laboratory,
  • osteopathic tests, to identify non-pathological somatic dysfunctions.

You will be trained to responsibly recognise indications and contraindications for treatment, plan personalised interventions and promote an educational action aimed at the patient and his or her lifestyle, with the aim of preventing relapses and promoting global well-being.

The training activity also includes the development of soft skills fundamental to the healthcare profession: empathy, communication, decision-making skills and multidisciplinary collaboration.

REAL, FLEXIBLE AND VARIED PROFESSIONAL OUTLETS

The world of healthcare today increasingly recognises the importance of the osteopathic approach. A Degree in Osteopathy at LINK Campus University allows immediate entry into the world of work, both in the public and private sector.

The main occupational outlets include:

  • Osteopathic practices and private outpatient clinics, on a freelance basis
  • Specialist outpatient clinics and integrated medicine centres
  • Social and rehabilitation facilities
  • Collaborations with general practitioners, physiatrists, orthopaedists, physiotherapists
  • Prevention activities in schools, sports and companies

Osteopaths can work independently or in synergy with other health professionals, as part of an integrated approach to health, always in compliance with the medical diagnosis and professional competences laid down in the regulations in force (Presidential Decree N. 131 issued on 7 July 2021).
