The aim of the master's degree course in Law is to enable the acquisition of the consolidated higher-level legal education required for access to the legal professions and to senior management positions in public administrations and public and private companies.
Furthermore, the learning pathway teaches how to manage the opportunities offered by the labour market in a transnational and global context, both in the public sector, at supranational and foreign institutions, bodies and organisations, and in the private sector, at multinational and foreign companies, bodies and organisations.
The architecture of the learning pathway is built up by grafting into the consolidated body of core subjects professionalising teaching in various fields, along with seminars and workshops. The aim of the degree course is to facilitate the rapid entry of well-prepared and competent graduates into the labour market.
Modality of attendance
The teaching activities are presential, but for eligible students it is also possible to participate in live streaming, interacting live with the classroom.
Internships
- Agreement with the Bar Association of Rome for the anticipation of one semester of legal practice
- Agreement for curricular and extracurricular internships with national societies and law firms
- Agreement with law firms for the implementation of the forensic practice.
The aim of the course is to introduce graduates to the legal (lawyers and notaries) and the judiciary professions, as well as to train professionals as corporate lawyers or in the social, socio-economic and political field, as well as in institutions, public administrations, national, foreign and multinational private companies, trade unions, information technology law, comparative law, supranational and foreign organisations and bodies, and international organisations and institutions.
The learning pathways featured in the Master's Degree in Law provide high-level training in a great variety of sectors such as sports, global law, intelligence and security, state science, legal professions.
Sports
The sports sector is a context in which the possibilities for growth and success are currently extremely high. By working on the issues related to sports law and justice, olympic preparation Chiudiand the management of major events, the University will guide the students towards new, challenging work profiles at legal departments of sports clubs or sports justice bodies; as well as towards managerial roles and executive positions in national and international institutions and federations.
The teaching approach adopted is the result of the continuous dialogue between traditional knowledge and new disciplines, combining thematic lectures with seminars, workshops, project work and simulations in close synergy with experts in the field.
This Master's Degree Course is realized in collaboration with IDEMS, the academic research centre created to train and qualify professionals and managers in the area of sports, law and management.

The aim of the Master's Degree in Law - Sports learning pathway is to train professional figures capable of operating in the sporting system with entrepreneurial, advisory, professional and managerial functions, both in the private sphere, in order to analyse the legal aspects related to sport, and in the public sphere, aiming to occupy central roles in sporting institutions.
Furthermore, the graduated students will be able to find employment in the private sector, as notaries and lawyers carrying out consultancy and research in forensic structures and in more specifically federal or sports structures; as employees or consultants in companies with a high degree of interaction with the world of sport; in the sector's economic activities; as prosecutors and agents; in sports justice.
Additionally, the candidates will be able to seek employment at public administrations as employees or managers in offices, including legislative offices; at public bodies for the development of sport; at structures related to the Sports Department and as experts in international relations at bodies and institutions related to the field of sport, with particular regard to the European Union, the Council of Europe, UNESCO and the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
Global law
The aim of the Global law learning pathway is to combine a solid preparation in traditional legal sciences with the study of subjects that are fundamental for every contemporary jurist; and to introduce new legal experts into the global law system: from financial markets regulation to comparative corporate law and comparative public law, without neglecting the law of new technologies, in particular AI law.
The objective of the Degree Course is to train highly specialized professionals able to interface with the legal challenges posed by the dissolution of borders and globalisation. The acquisition of specific skills in the new areas of knowledge appears to be an unavoidable necessity, both for those who aspire to hold positions of responsibility within public administrations or private companies and for those aspiring to become law professionals as judges, lawyers or notaries.
