The Single Cycle Degree Course in Law offered by Link Campus University represents a comprehensive, innovative training proposal that is attentive to the changes taking place in the world of law, institutions and markets. With a duration of five years, the course is designed to offer a solid and in-depth preparation in the legal field, guaranteeing all the skills necessary to enter the traditional legal professions - such as lawyer, magistrate and notary - but also to undertake more modern and multidisciplinary professional careers, thanks to the presence of unique specialization courses in the italian academic offer.
MODALITY OF FRUITION
The course provides for non-compulsory attendance of lessons. Furthermore, in order to meet the diverse needs of students, the lessons are video-recorded and made available on digital platforms in asynchronous mode. This additional opportunity allows students to organize their study and revision times independently. Theoretical teaching is complemented by practical and professionalizing activities: workshops, internships and visits to companies, public bodies and institutions in the area. These field experiences make it possible to develop concrete operational skills and to come into direct contact with the world of work already during the course of study.
LEARNING PATHWAYS
The structure of the course is based on a fundamental core of classic law subjects - such as constitutional, civil, criminal, administrative, commercial, international law - supplemented by elements of economics, social sciences and public policy, to train jurists capable of acting with awareness, competence and strategic vision. But what makes the course particularly current and versatile is the possibility, over the years, to choose between three distinctive learning pathways, which offer students a future-oriented specialization.
Law and economics (in italian)
This learning pathway deepens the connection between law and economic systems, providing students with useful tools to operate in public or private business contexts that require legal knowledge applied to economics. The topics covered range from company law to international contracts, from taxation to market regulation. It represents an ideal pathway for candidates who aspire to a career in legal and tax advisory firms, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, or as a corporate lawyer. The development of transversal skills enables graduates to be key figures in legal risk management, M&A transactions, or the governance of companies and public institutions.
Health Law (in italian)
The health sector is increasingly strategic, not only for public health but also for the economy and organization of the state. The Health Law learning pathway trains professionals capable of understanding the legal and administrative dynamics of public and private health facilities, addressing topics such as health law, medical liability, clinical data privacy, facility accreditation, pharmaceutical law, and emerging telemedicine regulations. This learning pathway was especially designed for candidates willing to work in positions of responsibility in public health, as legal-administrative managers in local health authorities, regions or ministries, but also in private health, a fast-growing sector that is increasingly in need of specialised legal figures capable of navigating complex regulations and new technologies.
Sports Law (in italian)
The learning pathway in Sports Law is one of the spearheads of Link Campus University's training offer. In a sector that is constantly expanding and increasingly regulated by complex rules, sport requires professionals with specific legal training. This learning pathway offers a comprehensive view of sports law, the functioning of federations, contractual rules and sporting labour relations, also addressing the topics of medical liability, doping, television rights and sponsorship. Among the most interesting career opportunities is the figure of the sports agent, regulated by increasingly stringent regulations, but also that of the legal advisor for sports clubs, athletes or federations, or even the sports manager within professional companies or public bodies dedicated to sport.
The didactics of the degree course is active and engaging: in addition to lectures, ample space is devoted to practical workshops, legal clinics, moot courts, trial simulations, seminars with magistrates, lawyers and public executives, and internships at law firms, courts, public agencies, international organisations and companies.
Choosing law at Link Campus University means going beyond traditional law. It means training as 21st century jurists, ready to face the world of work with specialised skills, strategic vision and a spirit of innovation. With three learning pathways that speak the language of the present and anticipate the needs of the future.

The course supports students through 4 different types of tutoring:
- tutorato di orientamento e trasversale, svolto dal Referente didattico, che affianca lo/la studente/essa nelle fasi dell’accoglienza, dell’inserimento nella vita universitaria, nel monitoraggio del percorso di studio e della motivazione (avendo sempre a riferimento i risultati pianificati), del supporto all’espletamento delle pratiche burocratiche (in collaborazione con le segreterie);
- Orientation and transversal tutoring, carried out by Education Coordinators, aimed at supporting the students in the reception phase, introducing them into the university life, monitoring their learning pathway, motiving them throughout the course (with special reference to the planned results), supporting them in bureaucratic procedures, the latter in collaboration with the Student Administration Office;
- international tutoring, carried out by the International Office, which wil offer personalized assistance to both international students enrolled in the degree course and Erasmus students;
- didactic tutoring, provided by the didactic support staff (teaching assistants, doctoral students, holders of supplementary teaching contracts, etc.), who will support the students with supplementary teaching activities related to the specific subjects of the learning pathways;
- specialized tutoring, carried out by Education Coordination for inclusion, aimed at students with disabilities or specific learning disorders and special educational needs, aimed at reducing the obstacles that might prevent their full integration in the academic environment.
