A LEARNING PATHWAY BUILT ON SCIENCE AND EXPERIENCE
The Bachelor's Degree in Osteopathy consists of 6 semesters, , during which theory and practice are synergistically interwoven to form knowledgeable, competent and work-ready professionals.
The first year has a propaedeutic, approach, and will involve the study of the basic disciplines: anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, fundamentals of pathology and principles of the osteopathic approach. It is the time when the foundations are built for an in-depth understanding of the functioning of the human body.
In the second year, the focus is on musculoskeletal dysfunctions and their correlation with neurological, orthopaedic, cardio-respiratory and visceral disorders, with a focus on practice and clinical observation.
The third year is highly professional: in this period the student learns how to assess, treat and accompany the patient in an osteopathic rebalancing process, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical experience in internships, workshops and specialized seminars.
OSTEOPATHY: A PROFESSION INVOLVING CONTACT, LISTENING AND EXPERTISE
The heart of osteopathic training is the ability to “read” the body through the hands. During your course at LINK Campus University you will learn to conduct a comprehensive osteopathic assessment, based on:

You will be trained to riconoscere con responsabilità le indicazioni e controindicazioni al trattamento, responsibly recognise indications and contraindications for treatment, plan personalised interventions and promote an educational action aimed at the patient and his or her lifestyle, with the aim of preventing relapses and promoting global well-being.
The training activity also includes the development of soft skills fundamental to the healthcare profession: empathy, communication, decision-making skills and multidisciplinary collaboration.
