Please note that, by Decree n. 7, 7 march 2019 of the “DiSCo” extraordinary commissioner announced that the votes for the election of the members of the Regional Council for the Right to Education and the promotion of knowledge will take place in14 and 15 may 2019.

Please note that the Ministry of University and Research, by O.M. n. 66 issued on 31 January 2019, has announced for the days 14 and 15 may 2022, the votes for the election of the following members of the National Council of University Students (CNSU):

• 28 members elected by the students enrolled at the 2018 – 2019 academic year in a Bachelor's Degree, a Master's Degree, a Single Cycle Master's Degree or a in Degree Courses from previous systems, according to current regulations;
• 1 member elected among the students enrolled in a Specialization Cours from the previous system or from the new system, provide for in art. art. 4, par. 1, of law 19 november 1990 n. 341 and art. 3 of d.m. 22 october 2004, n.270;
• 1 member elected among the students enrolled in a Research Doctorate from the previous system or from the new system, provided for in art. 4 of law 3 July 1998, n. 210 and art. 3 of d.m. 22 October 2004, n. 270.

NOTICE

By Ordinance N. 100 of 26 February 2016, the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research (MIUR) announced, for the days 18 and 19 May 2016

• 28 members elected by the students enrolled in the academic year 2015 – 2016 to a Degree Course, Single-Cycle Degree Course and Master's Degree Course pursuant to Ministerial Decree No. 270/2004 or previous regulations;
• 1 member elected among the students enrolled in a Specialization Cours from the previous system or from the new system;
• 1 member elected among the students enrolled in a Research Doctorate from the previous system or from the new system.

Active Electorate:
Pursuant to art. 2, par. 4, O.M. n. 100 , 26 february 2016, the active electorate for the election of the 28 members referred to in the aforementioned letter a) “shall be granted to students enrolled for the academic year 2015 - 2016 on degree courses, single-cycle degree courses and master's degree courses, pursuant to Ministerial Decree No. 270/2004 or previous regulations, activated in the district on the date of issue of this Ordinance, even if they are related to institutions having their headquarters in another district, and who have also formalised their enrolment, in accordance with the procedures laid down by the individual universities, by the date of the elections”.

Elettorato passivo:
Pursuant to art. 2, par. 5, O.M. n. 100 , 26 february 2016, the passive electorate for the election of the members referred to in the aforementioned letter a) “is attributed to students who are enrolled, for the academic year 2015 - 2016, in degree courses, single-cycle degree courses and master's degree courses, pursuant to D.M. M. 270/2004 or previous regulations, activated in the district on the date of issue of this Ordinance, even if they are related to institutions having their headquarters in another district, and who have also formalised their enrolment, in accordance with the procedures laid down by the individual universities, by the date of submission to the local Electoral Commissions of the applications and the relevant subscriptions, i.e. by 18 April 2016”. For the purposes of defining the active and passive electorate, this University is preparing the lists of students enrolled in the courses referred to in art. 1, par. 1, letter a), O.M. no. 100 , 26 february 2016. These lists will be published on 18 March 2016 on the University Register and immediately available for consultation every day, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Academic Office (Via Nomentana, 335 - Rome). Within 10 days of the publication of the aforementioned lists, interested parties may lodge an objection with the Rector, who shall make a final decision within the following 15 days.  Candidacies for the component referred to in art. 1, par. 1, letter a), O.M. no. 100 , 26 February 2016, must be submitted to the Local Electoral Commission at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" in accordance with the procedures and within the terms prescribed by art. 3 O.M. no. 100 , 26 February 2016. The electoral documentation (O.M. n. 100 , 26 february 2016 and annexes) is available on the website  , MIUR al seguente link http://hubmiur.pubblica.istruzione.it/web/universita/elezioni-cnsu-2016.
