Caterina Galletti is Associate Professor of General, Clinical and Pediatric Nursing Sciences (SSD MED/45 now MEDS-24/C General, Clinical, Pediatric and Obstetrical Gynecological and Neonatal Nursing Sciences) at Link Campus University in Rome and is a member of the Department of Life Sciences, Health and Health Professions.
She attained the National Scientific Qualification as Associate Professor for the Scientific Sector 06/M1 - General and Applied Hygiene, Nursing Science and Health Statistics on 21.01.2014.
She is a member of the teaching staff at the Master's Degree in Nursing and Obstetrics, for the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at the Università Cattolica del S. Cuore in Rome.
She was a member of the Specialization School in Hygiene and Preventive Medicine and of the I and II level Academic Masters at the University of International Studies (UNINT) in Rome.
She was a member of various Teaching Committees and taught in various Masters and Advanced Courses.
She is vice-president of the Committee on Master's Degrees of the Class SNT/1, Standing Conference of Graduate and Master's Degree Classes of Health Professions.
She is a Member of the Italian Society of Nursing Sciences (SISI).
Her research activity is mainly related to the development of nursing sciences, in the fields of education and learning in health professions degree programs, professional ethics, theoretical conceptual development of the nursing discipline, and the organization of nursing care. On these topics she several publications, both national and international, to his credit and has co-authored several volumes.
