Claudia Pongelli holds a Ph.D. in Management from LUISS University where she has also been a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Business and Management until 2021. After two years (2022-2024) as Assistant Professor at European University of Rome, she is currently Associate Professor at Link Campus University. She also teaches International Business as an Adjunct Professor at LUISS University. Since 2018 she has been Affiliate Research Fellow at IPAG Entrepreneurship & Family Business Center (Nice, France). Her studies on family firms and internationalization have been published, among the others, on Journal of World Business, Small Business Economics and Journal of Small Business Management.
