Daniela Noviello is associate professor at Link Campus University, Vice President of the Academic School for the Undergraduate and Graduate activities, and Professor of Civil Procedural Law in the Bachelor's Degree Course in Law.
Researcher at the University of Salerno, she attained her PhD in Civil Procedural Law at the University of Naples 'Federico II' and carried out post-doctoral research at the University of Rome 'La Sapienza'.
She is professor of Civil Procedural Law, Domestic and International Arbitration Law and Bankruptcy Procedural Law at other Italian universities and teaches in various masters and post-graduate courses.
She carried out research activity abroad at the University of Cambridge (UK) and is currently coordinating an international research project financed by the EU.
OFFICE HOURS
The professor is available to receive the students at the end of the lessons. However, the students may also request an appointment by email.
