Associate Professor of General Sociology, He attained a Master's Degree in Publishing and Multimedia Communication at "Sapienza" University in Rome and a Master in Multimedia Techniques at the Faculty of Engineering of the same University. In 2014, he attained a PhD in "Archiving and Management of Digital Documents" at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata". 

From 2006 to 2012 he collaborated at CATTID of Sapienza University with the laboratories: LUA, as an accessibility expert, and LOGOS on projects concerning e-health and social inclusion. Since 2013, at Link Campus University, he has been first a research fellow and then a fixed-term researcher in INF/01, before taking up his current position as Associate Professor. 

Member of the University Commission for Students with Special Educational Needs and Learning Disabilities.

At Link Campus University, he collaborated until 2021 with the DASIC research centre, where he was also Scientific Director from 2019, and currently with the DITES research centre. He specializes in the design of tools and interfaces for people with disabilities and/or the elderly, and inclusive services in the fields of digital health and education. 

In 2010, he was part of the Working Group for the updating of technical accessibility requirements set up by the Department for Public Administration Digitalisation and Technological Innovation. He is a certified Web Accessibility Expert since 2024. As an expert in inclusive design, usability and accessibility, his fields of research include human-computer interaction, innovation through digital technologies, their impact on society and extending the benefits to everyone through the principles of Design4All.
