Emanuele Mattei is Founder, partner and co-owner of StudioMB “Mattei&Bonanni e Associati” based in Rome and Milan, specializing in corporate, business crisis and tax consulting. StudioMB named Law Firm of the Year for 2021 and for 2023. In November 1989, he graduated in Economics at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
He is registered in the Register of Certified Public Accountants and Bookkeepers and also to the Register of Auditors pursuant to Decr.Leg. of Jan. 27, 1992 No. 88 and Presidential Decree of Nov. 20, 1992 No. 474 with Ministerial Decree of 12/04/1995 G.U. No. 31 BIS of 21/04/1995.
In january 2008, he graduated in Law and, upon passing the state exam, he is enrolled in the Rome Bar Association.
In 2005/2006 he became Subject Matter Expert in Commercial Law at the University of Roma Tre, Holder Prof. Michele Sandulli, at the Faculty of Economics “ Federico Caffè”;
In 2004-2006 he was appointed professor at Free University of Studies “S. Pio V” at the Master's Degree “Business Law and Insolvency Procedures”;
In 2003/2004, he was appointed Professor of Corporate Law at the Training Courses of the “Italian Federation of Travel and Tourism Companies”;
In 2004, he was appointed Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Urbino at the “Master of Banks and Financial Intermediaries”;
Since 2009, he was appointed Professor of “The New Bankruptcy Law in its Practical Application” at the University of Siena, Faculty of Law;
In 2010 he was appointed adjunct professor in Commercial Law at the University of Urbino “Carlo Bo”;
Dal 2012 al 2014 è stato titolare di docenza a contratto in Diritto dei Mercati Finanziari presso l’Università degli Studi LUMSA di Roma
From 2012 to 2014 he was appointed adjunct professor in Financial Markets Law at the University of Rome “LUMSA”.
