Emilio Rocchini is Professor of Labour Law at Link Campus University in Rome and at Luiss G. Carli University in Rome. He holds a Ph.D. in Labor, Trade Union and Social Security Law at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Rome "Tor Vergata". He has been a Research Fellow in Labor Law at the Faculty of Economics of the "Tor Vergata" University of Rome and at the Faculty of Law of the Luiss "G. Carli" University of Rome. He was a lecturer at various Masters and postgraduate training courses at the Luiss Business School in Rome; the "Link Campus" University in Rome; Mefop; the Scuola Superiore della Pubblica Amministrazione in Rome; and the University of Molise.
He was a member and secretary of the Board of Directors of the Pension Fund for Finmeccanica Group Executives - Supplementary Pension Fund; he was a member of the Administrator Committee of the Solidarity and Income Support Fund of the State Monopolies; he participated in the work of the Commission for the drafting of a Unified Text on Social Security in 2004. He is the author of numerous academic papers and essays, including: Defending and Attacking: Labor Law to the Coronavirus Test (2021); From Amateur to Sports Worker.
