Ludovica Cardinali is RTT Researcher of Methods and Didactics of Motor Activities (SSD M-EDF/01) at the Department of Life Sciences, Health and Health Professions, Link Campus University. She attained a PhD in Human Movement and Sport Sciences at the University of Rome “Foro Italico”.
Previously, she was research fellow at the University of Florence, the University of Rome “Foro Italico” and eCampus University.
She participated in national and international research projects, collaborating with various academic institutions and published various scientific articles in international journals.
She teaches Preventive and Adapted Motor Activities at the Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences (L-22) at eCampus University.
She participated in various courses, conferences, national and international congresses, either as auditor, speaker and/or member of the scientific committee.
She is full member of the Italian Society of Exercise and Sport Sciences (SISMeS) and the Italian Society of Food Science (SISA).
Her research interests mainly include the study of physical activity and exercise for the improvement of health and maintenance of well-being, and for the promotion of healthy lifestyles in subjects in various age groups and with different physical conditions and/or chronic diseases.
OFFICE HOURS
