Marco Naddeo was Researcher of Criminal Law and Professor of Criminal Law and Advanced Criminal Law at Link Campus University. He attained a PhD in International Law and Domestic Law in International Matters (2010) and was the holder of a research grant (2007-2008) and a post-doctoral research scholarship (2009), at the University of Salerno, where he was Adjunct Professor Criminal Law at the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions (2008-2014). A member of various research projects the University of Salerno's share of the budget (ex 60%), he was awarded the International Scientific Juridical Prize “G. Falcone – P. Borsellino”, IGRC (Juridical Course of Compared Research), LIUC Università Carlo Cattaneo, XVII edition (2011), for the monographic work “Il denaro sporco. Prevenzione e repressione nella lotta al riciclaggio” (2010). He is professor of Criminal Law at the Single Cycle Degree Course in Law at link Campus University. He Authored various articles, notes to sentences and contributions in collective volumes on general and special topics of Criminal Law.
