On February 2005, she attained a Ph.D. in 'International Law and Domestic Law in International Matters' at the Faculty of Law, University of Salerno where she became a Researcher in Criminal Law on March 1, 2006 and was confirmed for the position in 2010.

Since 2016, she is Research Fellow in Criminal Law first at the University School for Graduate and Undergraduate Activities and then at the Department of Human Sciences, LINK Campus University in Rome.

Currently, she coordinates the Single-Cycle Master's Degree in Law at Link Campus University, Rector's Delegate for Institutional and Scientific Promotion of the University and Member of the University Scientific Committee for the Gender Equality Plan.

She is Adjunct Professor of Criminal Law and Advanced Criminal Law at the Single-Cycle Bachelor's Degree in Law, University of Rome LINK and Adjunct Professor of Criminal Law as part of the IDEMS MBA Course in 'Sports Management and Law' at LINK Campus University in Rome.

Starting in the year 2000, she began practicing law collaborating with professional firms in Rome, Naples and Milan, and in 2003 she became a lawyer at the Rome Bar. In 2017 she qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation and other higher courts, and since 2019 she has been a member of the Human Rights Commission of the Rome Bar Association.

In 2016, she was appointed National Sports Prosecutor at CONI's General Prosecutor's Office for Sport, reappointed for the next two terms, in 2020 and 2024.

She is a Counsellor in the social-educational field according to the Multisetting® Method, Coordinator of the Multisetting® Counselling Project 'Continuing to live as protagonists' for cancer patients, within the PINK ROOM G.B. Grassi Hospital (ASL RMD), and Team Member and Co-Conductor for Multicultural and Multiethnic Counselling Workshops for international religious communities.
