He is adjunct professor at Link Campus University for the degree courses L18 and LM77 since 2009.
He attained a degree in economics and is an expert in territorial marketing and strategy planning. He is a consultant for various local authorities on projects for the enhancement of cultural and tourist assets. Furthermore, he is a registered publicist journalist and SIAE author (DOR section).
In 2016, he was appointed director of the professional development course for civil servants (Inps management): Welfare Facing the Challenges of the Euro: Strategies and Implementation, organized by Link University. Since 2023 he has coordinated Linkode training courses, delivered by the University.
