A Cassation Lawyer, registered with the Milan Bar, with offices in Milan, Rome, Brescia and Città di Castello, he is Extraordinary Professor of Public Law and Program Leader of the Faculty of Defense and Security Sciences at Link Campus University, is a Pontifical Academician at the International Marian Pontifical Academy.
In his professional life, he has always been involved in important issues affecting the country including civil defense, the fight against organized crime and terrorism.
He has gained significant experience in the areas of emergency law, administrative law, environmental law, corporate law, health and labor law in major industrial, commercial, health and public works sectors, with particular reference to public contracts, anti-corruption and anti-mafia issues, as well as in public administration law, personnel relations, criticality management, and union intermediation.
