Since 2022, he is Fixed-term Full professor at Link Campus University and coordinates the Comparative Company Law course as part of the Advanced Global Management learning pathway.
Since 2020, he is Adjunct Professor of Corporate Crisis Law at eCampus University.
He is a member of the Rome Bar Association since 1996 and carries out his professional activity mainly in the field of commercial and insolvency law as well as Economic Criminal Law. He is qualified to practice before higher courts.
He has many years of experience in handling insolvency proceedings.
He has been a member of the Commission for Insolvency Proceedings of the Rome Bar Association.
He is a member of the National Register of Business Crisis Managers.
