Sara Germani is a Tenure Track Researcher (RTT) in Experimental Pedagogy (PAED-02/B) at the Department of Human Sciences, Link Campus University.
In 2023, she attained a PhD in Social, Developmental and Educational Research Psychology, at La Sapienza University, Rome.
She participated in several national and international research projects, including the PRIN 2022 project “I PCTO come dispositivo per lo sviluppo di risorse personali e il contrasto alla dispersione”, for which she acted as research fellow (February 2024 - January 2025, La Sapienza University, Rome).
Her main research interests include student and teacher motivation and well-being, school dropout, motivational teaching strategies, and teacher training.
