Stefano Dell’Anna is RTT Researcher in Methods and Teaching of Sports Activities (Scientific-Disciplinary Sector MEDF-01/B) at the Department of Human Sciences at Link Campus University. He obtained his PhD in Applied Sciences for Wellbeing and Sustainability at eCampus University in 2025.
Previously, he worked as a research fellow and contract lecturer at the University of Pavia, collaborating on various research projects.
He participated in numerous national and international conferences as a speaker, contributing to the dissemination of his research findings in the field of motor sciences.
His research focuses primarily on the analysis of acute and chronic psychophysiological responses associated with training or ergogenic interventions, with particular attention to adaptation mechanisms and well-being and performance.
