Tommaso Greco is fixed-term researcher in Orthopedics and Traumatology (MED/33, Diseases of the Musculosketal System) at Link Campus University, Rome. He performs his surgical and care activities at the Agostino Gemelli IRCCS University Polyclinic Foundation in Rome.
He received his medical degree (LM-41) and his residency in Orthopedics and Traumatology from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome. He is currently attending the Doctoral Program in Oncological Sciences, with reference to the study of Musculoskeletal Tumors.
He is a member of the Italia Society Orthopedics and Traumatology (SIOT), he Italian Society of Ankle and Foot (SICP), the Italian Society of Orthopaedic Surgeons in Private Hospitals (SICOOP), the Italian Society of Emergency Surgery and Trauma (SICUT), the Orthopaedic and Traumatologic Hospitalists of Italy (OTODI) society, and the Latium Association of Orthopaedic and Traumatologic Hospitalists (ALOTO).
He is a member of the Youth Committee dell’European Society of Foot and Ankle (EFAS).
His research activity is mainly related to musculoskeletal tumors, foot and ankle surgery, infections, and trauma.
He is a member of the editorial board of BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders and reviewer for Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery and Research, World Journal of Clinical Cases, Acta Biomedica Atenei Parmensis and MDPI Journals.
OFFICE HOURS
The professor is available to receive the students at the end of the lessons. However, the students may also request an appointment by email.
