GUIDELINES FOR THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE
FIRST PHASE: REGISTRATION TO THE PORTAL
Guidelines - Registration to the Portal
STEP 1 - Click on the "Register" button at the top right.
STEP 2 - Click on the "Web Registration" button.
STEP 3 - Fill in the module in its entirety, then click on the "Next" button.
ATTENTION: please verify your tax code, because in case of error the user cannot be registered correctly.
STEP 4 - Fill in the following form with the address of residence as stated in the title of the present section, then click on the "Next" button.
STEP 5 - Fill in the form related to the contact details only on the fields marked with an asterisk, in the "international prefix" field if you are in Italy, use 0039 as shown in the figure. Then click on the "Next" button.
STEP 6 - You will now visualize the summary screen. Verify the correctness of the data and click on the "Confirm" button.
STEP 7 - At the end of the registration process you will receive the login credentials.
STEP 8 - Return to the Home of the portal and click on the "Access" button on the top right.
STEP 9 - In the following screen click on the "Change Password" button.
STEP 10 - Enter the previously provided credentials and create a new password. Then click on the "Modify" button.
SECOND PHASE: REGISTRATION FOR THE ADMISSION TEST
Guidelines - procedure of registration to the admission test - Healthcare Professions
STEP 1 - Now you can login to the reserved area (ACCESS TO THE RESERVED AREA).
STEP 2 - Enter the access credentials with the newly changed password.
STEP 3 - Click on the the side menu item "Access to the admission procedure to the Degree Courses"».
STEP 4 - Click on the "Login" button.
STEP 5 - Click on the "MENU" icon at the top right.
STEP 6 - Click on the "Student Administration Office" button and then on "Admission Test" and follow the video instructions.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED TO COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE.
MODALITY OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ADMISSION TEST
The admission test will take place on 16/10/2025 at Link Campus University, Rome branch.
The locations where the admission test will be held will be determined based on the number of applications received and may also be outside the premises of Link Campus University.
The convocation time of the candidates for the recognition operations, the location of the test, will be published by 13/10/2025.
RANKING LIST OF THE ADMISSION TEST
By 20 october 2025 the general merit ranking will be published anonymously using the candidate's pre-matriculation number, and, if necessary, the rankings for individual courses will also be published anonymously.
NOTICE: TRANSFER REQUESTS FOR YEARS FOLLOWING THE FIRST
EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS BY: 29 AUGUST 2025
The deadline for application included in Articles 3 and 4 of the Notice issued by Rectoral Decree n. 2245, 6 June 2025 for places available for transfer from other Italian or non-Italian universities to the Degree Courses in Healthcare Professions - Rome Branch, Link Campus University scheduled for 28 July 2025 is extended to 29.8.2025. All other provisions contained in the aforementioned Notice are confirmed.

The lists of candidates admitted and the ranking lists will be published by 19 September 2025.
The list will list the candidates identified by the first three letters of their tax code and date of birth.
The list of potential replacements will be published by 30.9.2025.
DEGREE COURSE
The healthcare professions include a wide range of highly qualified professional opportunities related to the healthcare sector, with the aim of ensuring the well-being and care of patients. These professionals, ranging from nurses to physiotherapists, radiology technicians, osteopaths and many others, are essential to the functioning of the healthcare system, working in hospital, outpatient and community healthcare settings.
The learning pathway in healthcare professions provides for five different degree courses, each dedicated to a specific area of healthcare. Each course offers solid theoretical and practical training, with the aim of preparing students to work in the healthcare sector with competence and professionalism. The degree courses available are the following:

Each healthcare professional will acquire specific skills in diagnostics, treatment and care, while also dealing with the important issue of patient relations. Said roles require continuous preparation in order to respond to technological innovations and new demands in the sector, with a focus on quality of care and respect for people.

Pursuant to article 9 of the call provided for in R.D. 2220 issued on 16.05.2025 all the eligible candidates can pre-register for the course of their first choice, it is therefore not necessary to publish individual rankings.
The payment of registrations can be made starting on 11 july 2025 at 16.00 and up to the deadline which is set on 24 july 2025 at 16.00.

Pursuant to article 10 of the call provided for in R.D. 1990, 17.01.2025 all the eligible candidates can pre-register for the course of their first choice, it is therefore, not necessary to publish individual rankings.
The payment of registrations can be made starting on 03.03.2025 at 16.00 and up to the deadline which is set on 10.03.2025 at 16.00 (as provided for in Article 10, paragraph 5 of the call for applications issued by RD 1766, 19.9.2024).
The University reserves the right to fill any unassigned places through additional entrance examinations and in accordance with the provisions of Ministerial Decree n. 1116, issued on 31.7.2024, article 6, par. 6 and 7.
