Danila Scarozza is Associate Professor of Business Organization at Link University where she currently teaches Business Organization, Business Organization and Human Resource Management. He is also Vice-President of the CUG "Guarantee Committee for Equal Opportunities, Valorization of Workers' Welfare and Against Discrimination" and a member of the Operating Committee, as part of the Working Group established to draft the Gender Equality Plan (GEP). In 2023, he was awarded the National Scientific Qualification for the positions of Professor of Band I for the Competitive Sector 13/B3 - Business Organization (disciplinary scientific area SECS-P/10).
She attained - at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" - a PhD in "Economics and Management of Companies and Public Administrations" and an Academic Master in "Innovation and Management in Public Administrations." She has carried out research activities at several Italian universities and her main areas of publication and research are: performance management, human resource management, impacts of technologies on organization and work, public service motivation, blended learning, organization and change management of public organizations. She has authored several publications, including in international scientific journals, including Journal of Management and Governance, Public Money and Management, International Journal of Public Administration, Mecosan, International Studies of Management and Organization, International Journal of Educational Management.
She has also carried out lectures for other institutes and public bodies, including the National School of Administration (for which she was a temporary lecturer in 2019 to conduct training activities as part of the “Assessment e Development Center per le pubbliche amminstrazioni” project), the Police High School, ICE (National Institute for Foreign Trade) and for the Financial Economic Police School of the Guardia di Finanze.
She was a member of the working group established at Formez PA in collaboration with the Department of Civil Service within the framework of the project “Partecipazione di cittadini ed utenti al processo di misurazione della performance organizzativa e valorizzazione della performance individuale come strumento di gestione delle risorse umane”.
She also provides technical assistance to public and private organizations in the areas of Corporate Organization, Human Resources and Performance Management.
