The Third Mission is the set of activities through which the universities come into direct contact with the society, complementing and valorizing the results of traditional Educational and Research activities.

Within the framework of the activities related to the Third Mission, Link Campus University offers itself as a meeting place for ideas to promote knowledge and innovation at the service of sustainable development.

The University devotes special attention to the dissemination, valorization and diffusion of knowledge, promoting the Third Mission with a view to producing social impact, both with local stakeholders and in the national and international contexts in which it operates, adopting a circular approach aimed at mutual growth.

As an entity committed to reducing inequalities and promoting social justice, the University has also activated the delegation to the Fourth Mission, Inclusion and Relations with the Academic and Student Community.

The Third and Fourth Mission activities are typically determined on the basis of the nature, history and scientific areas that characterize the university and are very heterogeneous both in terms of peculiarities and types of beneficiaries.
