Link Campus University has entered an agreement with the Council of the Order of Lawyers of Rome in order to allow and regulate the advancement of a semester of internship for the access to the profession of lawyers, to be carried out at professional offices of lawyers registered with the order, during the candidates' university studies.
The students may apply for the advancement of a semester of internship during their university studies provided that: they are enrolled in the final year of the Degree Course in Law; they are no more than two years out of the course; they have passed all the profit examinations of the first four years of the degree course and have therefore obtained credits prior to obtaining their Master's degree. All the applicants must haveobtained credits in the following scientific-disciplinary fields:
- Private Law (IUS/01).
- Constitutional Law (IUS/08).
- Administrative Law (IUS/10).
- European Union Law (IUS/14).
- Civil Procedure Law (IUS/15).
- Criminal Law (IUS/17).
- Criminal Procedure Law(IUS/16).
Interested students must submit an application for registration in the register of practitioners drawn up in accordance with Article 41, paragraph 3, of Law N. 247 of 31 December 2012 to the Bar Council, accompanied by:
a) a self-certification, prepared pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree N. 445 of 28 December 2000, in which the candidate declares the possession of the aforementioned requirements;
b) the name of the professional with whom the internship will take place.
Upon completion of the internship period, the student must draw up a detailed final report on the activities carried out, signed by the professional, which will file with the Bar Council, which, on the basis of the checks carried out, will issue the intern student with a six-monthly certificate of completion of his/her legal practice.
