Reasy (www.reasyedu.com), created by Tech4All, is a learning tool that uses artificial intelligence to support and personalize the learning experience, provided free of charge by Link University to its students.
The main functions currently available are the following:
- Creation of summaries: the system can generate a summary from a pdf text (even from notes), using artificial intelligence, and make it available for customization;
- Creation of concept maps: in addition to the summary, the system can also create a concept map with the main concepts of a specific text, and make it available for customization;
- Keyword generation: the software can also select the most important keywords and show them on the screen;
- Speech synthesis for text reading: the service is equipped with a speech synthesis system that can read the uploaded text aloud;
- Dictionary of images and words: through the selection of a word, the system provides the related definition as well as images associated with the concept;
- Translation in 6 languages: the software is translated into multiple languages, so it can be used even by those who do not speak Italian.
Anyone can benefit from using such a tool, however, Reasy is particularly useful for:
- Students with specific learning disorders (DSA), especially dyslexia;
- Students with special educational needs (BES);
- Students who are learning a foreign language.
