The Director General is appointed by the Board of Directors on the basis of a binding proposal made on the deliberation of the Committee comprised of the Foundation's Founding Members.
The Director General:
a) attends to the meetings of the Board of Directors and the Academic Senate as secretary;
b) operates on the basis of specific executive powers conferred by the Board of Directors;
c) makes proposals to the Board of Directors for the elaboration of programs, directives and projects within the competence of the governing bodies and oversees the implementation of the programs themselves.
