THE CUG NETWORK
The establishment of the "National CUG Network" in 2015 was a spontaneous initiative promoted by the presidents of the CUGs of various Italian public administrations. This network was conceived as a "positive action" to favour collaboration and project sharing among the various institutions, with the aim of recognizing the potential of the Guarantee Committees in preventing and counteracting any form of discrimination and in promoting work environments that foster organizational well-being and efficiency in results.
Since its establishment in 2015, the National CUG Network is an important initiative that enables the exchange of experience and specialized expertise, supporting mutual comparison and collaboration on the institutional functions of different administrations.
As reported on the official website, to date, CUGs from more than 170 central, national and local administrations and agencies have joined the Network.
