Nadia Cipullo is Assistant Professor of Business Administration and of Planning and Control at the Link Campus University of Rome (Italy). She got a Ph.D. in Economics and Administration of co-operative enterprises and non-profit organizations at the Università degli Studi della Campania - Luigi Vanvitelli (ex University of Naples II). She has been visiting Ph.D. student at the University of Edinburgh (Scotland), visiting Professor at the Ukrainian Academy of Banking in Sumy (Ukraine) and visiting Erasmus at the Technical University of Kosice (Slovakia) and at the University of the Algarve (Portugal).

Her publications concern financial reporting, IAS/IFRS, accounting profiles of liquidity risk in banks, biodiversity accounting and reporting, traditional knowledge valorisation and corporate governance issues. She attended at many international conferences. She is member of the “Virtus Global Center for Corporate Governance” and of the “Corporate Governance Experts Global Repository”. She is member of the “Società Italiana Di Ragioneria E Di Economia Aziendale” (SIDREA). She is member of the Editorial Board of the Journal “Risk Governance and Control: Financial Markets & Institutions”.
