Maria Francesca Santolla is Associate Professor at Link Campus University, in the scientific disciplinary field MED/04 - General Pathology. She obtained the National Scientific Qualification for the second band in the competition sectors 05/F1- Applied Biology and 06/A2 - General and Clinical Pathology. After graduating with honors in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology at the University of Calabria, Rende (CS), she attained a Ph.D. “Cellular Biochemistry and Drug Activity in Oncology, and her Specialization in Clinical Pathology at the University of Calabria, Rende (CS).
Prof. Santolla participated in several research projects in the field of oncology, attained a research grant funded by the Umberto Veronesi Foundation (MI), and worked as a Visiting Researcher at the “Department of Pharmacology,” University of Cambridge (UK) and as a Fixed-term Researcher (RTD) type A, (SSD MED/04) at the Department of Pharmacy and Health and Nutrition Sciences, University of Calabria, Rende (CS).
Prof. Santolla, authored 34 publications in international peer-reviewed journals with H-index 27 and a total citation count of 1888 (Source: Scopus).
