Flavia Zorzi Giustiniani is Associate Professor of European Union Law (IUS/14) at Link Campus University in Rome, Faculty of Law. She is the coordinator of the Jean Monnet Module "The EU approach to cross-border health threats."(EUCrossHealth, 2023-2026).

Furthermore, she is adjunct professor of International Law and International Law of the Digital Society at Uninettuno University, as well as professor of European Union Law at eCampus University.

She is a member of the Scientific Committee on International Humanitarian Law of the Italian Red Cross, as well as of the Italian International Law Society (SIDI), the International Law Association (ILA), the italian association of European Union law scholars (AISDUE) and the Italian Society of International Law (SIDI).

She authored two monographs (The United Nations and Humanitarian Assistance, Editoriale Scientifica, 2008; International Law in Disaster Scenarios, Springer, 2021) and a collective work (Routledge Handbook of Human Rights and Disasters, Routledge, 2018), as well as various essays, commentaries, and case notes in various major italian and international journals.
