Purposes

The aim of the 1st level Academic Master in Instrumental and physical therapies for the third millennium is to provide specialize knowledge, skills, and competencies within the disciplines covered within the training modules of the Master. The last twenty years have been of great significance for the evolution of the use of physical energies applied to the human biological system for therapeutic, and particularly rehabilitative, purposes. The Master aims to concretize the most recent findings related to physical therappy within the rehabilitation area, also in accordance with scientific evidence provided in the international literature. The Academic Master consists in a theoretical didactic part, both in-person and distance learning, and a practical part, so as to allow all learners to train and arrive at the conclusion of the learning process with further enhanced professional and cultural skills. 

 

Target students and career opportunities

The Academic Master is available to students who have earned one of the following degrees:

  • 1st level Degree  ex D.M. 509/99 in LSNT/02 – Rehabilitation health professions;
  • 1st level Degree ex D.M. 270/04 in LSNT/02 – Class of degrees in rehabilitation health professions;
  • Equivalent degrees;
  • Equivalent degrees attained abroad;
  • LM/37 Medical Degree Class;
  • LSNT/2 Class of Bachelor's Degrees in Health Professions and Rehabilitation or degrees equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (L/SNT2) provided that they attained a High School Diploma;
  • University diploma qualifying for the profession pursuant to Law N.1/2002 Art. 1 C.10, along with a five-year high school diploma;
  • Equivalent or equivalent degree pursuant to 39; art. 4, Law Feb. 26, 1999, N. 42;
  • 1st level in LSNT/01 - Health professions, nursing and obstetrics health professions.
     

Tuition

The annual tuition, without tax benefits, for the registration to the Master is € 3.500,00.§
