Selective procedure Master Executive INPS 2021-2022
Objectives
The aim of the Master is to train candidates who are already working or intend to work within the field of cultural heritage, both in the public and private sector. The purpose of the learning pathway is to provide the competencies and skills required to adopt a management vision and develop innovative models for the organization and valorization of the inestimable artistic-cultural heritage of our Country.
Therefore, "valorization" is not intended as an abstract concept, but rather as a well-defined target for a well-structured strategy implying the integration of the candidates' competencies in art history, archeology and architecture with newly-acquired skills in communication, marketing, the use of new technology, the activation of relations and synergies with the turistic area, audience development, the optimization of the relationship between public and private, the ability to attract financial resources, a new cultural accessibility and, more in general, the acquisition of competencies in administrative and financial management.

Upon completion of the Master, the candidates may aspire to the following positions:
- Museum Director
- Manager of private institutes providing cultural services
- Consultants for public institutions in charge of managing and valorizing the cultural heritage
- Curators and organizers of exhibits and events
- Developers of innovative cultural products
- Managers of cultural institutions and creative industries
- Experts in marketing and communication within the field of cultural heritage
Admission
Applicants to the Master in Anti-corruption must have attained a Specialist Degree, a Master's Degree, and/or a Degree of the Old System, obtained at a University of the Italian Republic; as well as another equivalent Higher Institute, or a degree attained at an International University, provided that said Degree Title is legally recognized in Italy.
Annual Tuition
The annual tuition fee, without financial benefits, for enrolling in the Master's program is € 10.000

Project work
15 CFU
Each candidate of the Master is required to create a Project Work related to the themes developed in the course.
The aim of the final project is to propose one or more innovative solutions through the in-depth analysis of context variables, processes and application models.
The PW may be individual or collaborative, in the latter case the individual contribution will be the subject of a specific evaluation.
