Notice - Healthcare Professions
The issuance of the Notice provided for in Article 6, paragraph 6 of Ministerial Decree n. 1116, issued on 31.7.2024 for candidates who have taken the test at other universities and were not granted access there due to unavailability of places as well as in the second call for the entrance examm for the degree courses within the Healthcare Professions for academic year 2024/2025, for candidates who have not yet taken said exam.

- a) Pursuant to the provisions of par. 6, art. 6 of MD 1116, 31.7.2024 Link University may be accept registration applications, within the limits of the quota previously established for a.y.2024/25 submitted by candidates who have taken the test at other university locations and were not admitted there due to exhaustion of available seats.
Applications should be submitted in the manner prescribed by the following art. 3.
- b) The university deems eligible to apply for the second access test students who for A.Y. 2024/2025 have not yet taken it and who meet the requirements of Article 2 below. arrangements and requirements for registering for the admission test compliance are provided for in Articles 4 through 17.
Pursuant to Article 2 paragraph 1 of Ministerial Decree N. 1116 of July 31, 2023, the admission test for degree programs in the healthcare professions is identical for access to all types of courses activated at the same university, and the candidate during the test must proceed to the insertion on the appropriate sheet, of the choice of Courses, in order of preference, up to a maximum of 4 options, one of which is mandatory. The choice of at least one degree program is mandatory. If the candidates makes no choice they will be excluded from the evaluation and consequently from any ranking.

RANKING LIST - ADMISSION TEST FOR THE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONS - 29.10.2024
The following is a retraction to R.D. No. 1619 dated Oct. 31, 2024 regarding the ranking list of the October 29, 2024 for the admission test - Healthcare Professions Courses .
Pursuant to Article 10 paragraph 8 of the notice issued by DR 1766 dated 19.9.2024 all winners can enroll in the course of their choice, therefore there is no need to proceed with the publication of individual rankings.
Payment of registrations can be made from 12 on 5.11.2024 and until the due date which is set for 4 p.m. on 11.11.2024 (as indicated in Article 10 paragraph 5 of the notice issued by DR 1766 of 19.9.2024).
The University reserves the right to fill unassigned positions through an additional entrance test and through the provisions of DM N. 1116 of 31.7.2024 Article 6 paragraphs 6 and 7.
Ranking List - Admission Test for the Healthcare Professions (retraction)
LOCATION OF THE ADMISSION TEST
The admission test for the Healthcare Professions Courses for academic year 2024/2025, as provided for in R.D. n. 1697 issued on 7.8.2024, as amended by R.D. n. 1766 issued on 19.9.2024, will be held at the Ergife Palace Hotel Largo Lorenzo Mossa, 8 00165 Rome (Via Aurelia) classroom A on 29.10.2024, with convocation of candidates at 9.45 a.m. and the start of the test scheduled at 11.00 a.m.
Access to the classroom area will be marked by appropriate signage (use the gate to the left of the sign if you are arriving on foot and the gate to the right for those arriving by car and need to park).
The candidates are required to bring with them the confirmation email for the submission of the application form and a receipt of payment of the test fee.

For the academic year 2024-2025, matriculation in the Degree Courses in Healthcare Professions with programmed access, listed in the in the table below, is subject to passing an admission test.

Pursuant to art. 2, par. 1, Ministerial Decree n. 1116, 31.7.2023, the admission test for the degrees in healthcare professions is identical for access to all types of courses activated at the same university, and the candidate during the test must proceed to indicate on the appropriate sheet the choice of Courses, in order of preference, up to a maximum of 4 options, one of which is mandatory.
The candidate must mandatorily select at least one option. In case of failure to indicate at least one option, the candidate will be excluded from the evaluation procedure and consequently from any ranking list.
Date of the admission test
The admission test will take place on 29/10/2024 at 11.00.
The location for the implementation of the admission test will be determined based on the number of applications. The admission test may take place at a different location than the headquarters of “Link Campus University”.
The convocation time of the candidates for the recognition operations, the location of the test and the possible distribution of the candidates in the classrooms, should the number of candidates result in the use of more than one classroom, will be published by 26/10/2024
Submission of the application form for the admission test
Registration for the admission test must be carried out from 28/8/2024 at 12:00 and completed without fail by 4:00 p.m. on October 24, 2024, together with payment of the test fee
GUIDELINES FOR THE ACCESS TO THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE
FIRST PHASE: REGISTRATION TO THE PORTAL
Guedelines for the registration to the academic portal
STEP 1 - Click on the "Register" button at the top right.
STEP 2 - Click on the "Web Registration" button.
STEP 3 - Fill in the module in its entirety, then click on the "Next" button.
ATTENTION: please verify your tax code, because in case of error the user cannot be registered correctly.
STEP 4 - Fill in the following form with the address of residence as stated in the title of the present section, then click on the "Next" button.
STEP 5 - Fill in the form related to the contact details only on the fields marked with an asterisk, in the "international prefix" field if you are in Italy, use 0039 as shown in the figure. Then click on the "Next" button.
STEP 6 - You will now visualize the summary screen. Verify the correctness of the data and click on the "Confirm" button.
STEP 7 - At the end of the registration process you will receive the login credentials.
STEP 8 - Return to the Home of the portal and click on the "Access" button on the top right.
STEP 9 - In the following screen click on the "Change Password" button.
STEP 10 - Enter the previously provided credentials and create a new password. Then click on the "Modify" button.
SECOND PHASE: REGISTRATION TO THE ADMISSION TEST
Guide to the registration process for the Healthcare Professions admission test
STEP 1 - Now you can login to the reserved area (ACCESS TO THE RESERVED AREA).
STEP 2 - Enter the access credentials with the newly changed password.
STEP 3 - Click on the the side menu item "ACCESS TO THE DEGREE COURSE" as shown in figure.
STEP 4 - Click on the "Login" button.
STEP 5 - Click on the "MENU" icon at the top right.
STEP 6 - Click on the "Student Administration Office" button and then on "Admission Test".

Test topics and admission criteria
Pursuant to Ministerial Decree N. 1116, July 31, 2024, the test for admission to degree courses in the health professions in the Italian language aimed at candidates from EU countries and non-EU countries referred to in Art. 39, paragraph 5, Legislative Decree No. 286 of July 25, 1998, as well as candidates from non-EU countries residing abroad, is prepared by each university and is identical for access to all types of courses activated at the same university.
The candidate must proceed to enter on the appropriate sheet, during the test, the choice of Courses, in order of preference, up to a maximum of 4 options, one of which is mandatory.
The admission test, cosnsits in a multiple choice written test which presents five answer options, from which the candidate must identify only one, discarding wrong, arbitrary or less likely conclusions. It consists in 60 questions delivered in Italian language based on the programmes provided for in Attachment A and distributed as follows:
- 4 questions testing reading skills and knowledge acquired thoughout the studies
- 5 logical reasoning questions and problems
- 23 biology questions
- 15 chemistry questions
- 13 questions of physics and mathematics
The admission test will last 100 minutes.
