This learning pathway provides knowledge in management and promotion of the labor market, contracts and policies. It also provides the fundamental skills needed to take the State exam for the practice of the profession of employment consultant and other professional activities related to the workfare system, human resources management and job promotion.
Method of attendance
The teaching activities are presential, but for eligible students it is also possible to participate in live streaming, interacting live with the classroom.
The course provides competencies required for occupations and functions related to the various activities involved in an employment service: orientation and management of labour supply and demand, promotion and management of industrial relations and human resources, personnel management, coordination and organisation of training interventions and plans, organisation and corporate welfare.
